Tom Petty’s daughters, Adria and Annakim, are suing his widow, Dana, claiming they are being denied their role in deciding how their father’s works are released. Petty’s will names his widow as the trustee of his trust but also allows for his daughters to have “equal participation” in decisions about how Petty’s music is released.
