Amazon’s Going To Use Your Internet To Support New Feature Unless You Opt-Out

Amazon has a new feature called Sidewalk that will begin using a portion of your home internet service starting June 8. That is, unless you opt-out.

Amazon says Sidewalk is a neighborhood network that will make your devices like Ring, Echo and your security cameras work better, and those of your neighbors and it will all be powered by using a portion of everyone’s home internet service. The tech giant claims the devices will continue working even if internet signals are weak or go down??
