Two people are facing theft charges after taking someone’s backpack from Castaway Cove Water Park on Saturday.
Just after 2pm, Wichita Falls police officers were called to the Wayfarer Motel on Central Freeway in reference to a theft call made earlier in the day.
Officers were successful in recovering the stolen property.
