Rocker Eddie Money announced he is fighting stage 4 esophageal cancer.

“Am I going to live a long time? Who knows? It’s in God’s hands,” singer says of cancer battle.

Doctors have told the singer the cancer has spread to his liver, stomach and lymph nodes. Money is determined to resume his tour in spite of his health issues.
